Program Description:
E-Learning Planning is an interdisciplinary fast growing field drawing on the findings of various backgrounds including educational sciences, e-learning and medical sciences. This PhD mainly intend to train graduates in the field of e-learning planning; paying critical attention to special features of medical field including clinical and laboratory practice and patient safety. In addition, capabilities such as leadership, implementing and doing applied research and theory development in e-learning systems are considered in this program.

Admission Requirements
General Requirement: To apply for this program, you will need to fulfill a number of requirements, which can be found in the Graduate Admission Requirements.
Specific Requiremetns: Degree in medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, or a M.Sc. in e-learning in medical sciences, medical education, educational technology in medical sciences, by one of the Iranian or foreign universities.
The eligible candidate should have successfully completed an approved general physician program and should be proficient in English or Persian.
Admission Deadline
Tehran University of Medical Sciences has a rolling application system and reviews student applications all year round.
However, the deadline for the September intake is June 31.

Compensatory: 10 credits
Special Courses: 17 credits
Electives 5 credits
Thesis: 20 credits
