In this workshop that was held on January 16th, 2016, Dr. Takian, the vice-dean of International Affairs of School of Public Health explained how to write an effective motivation letter.

He called motivation letter an important aspect of application process and a crucial factor in getting an offer letter from different universities. He further explained that writing a motivation letter requires close attention. He expatiated on the structure and content of the motivation letter and emphasized that it should not be more than one page and it is better for applicants to organize their motivation letter into three parts: introduction, body and the concluding paragraph.

It should also be said that in the end, He answered student’s questions in this regard and shared some motivation letter samples.
