Oral Presentation Guideline:
- It is preferred to use Microsoft PowerPoint (version 2010 or newer).
- You will have 15 minutes for your presentation, followed by 5 minutes for a Q&A session.
- Set the slide size to 16:9.
- Include your organization's logo on the introduction slide.
- The first slide should display the title and the date of the event.
- Please bring your final presentation in both PowerPoint and PDF formats.
E-poster Presentation Guideline:
- You are required to create a video presentation using PowerPoint software. The video should be no longer than 7 minutes and consist of a maximum of 5 slides.
- Please take the 5-slide and 7-minute limits seriously.
- Set the slide size to 16:9.
- Include your organization's logo on the introduction slide.
- The first slide should display the title and the date of the event.
- Your audience should be able to grasp the most important findings and the value of your work in the shortest time possible.
- Record your presentation in a completely quiet environment using a high-quality microphone. Make sure your voice is clear, energetic, and free of background noise.
- Include your image in the corner of the screen (Picture-in-Picture) to establish a personal connection with your audience. Ensure you have appropriate front lighting.
- Utilize the "Record Slide Show" feature in PowerPoint. This feature allows you to speak for each slide individually, highlight key points with a Laser Pointer, and control slide transitions.
- For the video resolution, ensure it is a minimum of 1080p (1920x1080) and save it in either .mp4 or .mkv format. The file size should not exceed 100 MB.
