How to Trip to Tehran

There are two airports, Imam Khomeini Airport (IKA) for international flights and Mehrabad airport for domestic flights in Tehran. There are too many international flights from all around the world to Tehran, daily. You can check and book a suitable flight for your travel to Tehran. If you are not Iranian, you should check if you need visa to travel to Iran or not? It depends on your nationality. If you need visa, you can refer to the Embassy of Islamic Republic of Iran in your country or apply for e-visa. Also, you may get an on-arrival visa, too, based on your nationality. Please check everything and get required information about the visa in the below website:

Important notifications:

1- About Currency:

Iranian Currency is Iranian Rial, and you can change your international currencies (USD or Euro - only cash) in the money exchange offices or by the help of our executive team. Your international cards do not work in Iran because of Iranian Sanctions and only you should bring your required money by cash.

2- Dress Code in Iran

Iran is an Islamic country, and it is pleased that our respected lady guests use Islamic Hijab as respect to dress code rules in Iran. In general, respecting the dress code rule is a must in international flights. As soon as the plane enters Iranian air borders, it is needed to put your scarf and manteau on. Watching the flight attendants will help you for this.

You can see dress of some of our non-Iranian guests and students in the below pictures:
