Students’ division of the 7th World Health Regional Summit Meeting/ Students from 6 continents takes part in this event.

According to TUMS Public Relations Office, the opening ceremony of Students’ Division in the 7th World Health Regional Summit Meeting, took place at Apil 28, 2019.

Dr. Roozrokh, the Secretary of Students’ Division, pointed out: “ This event can be an opportunity for World Health field and we are trying to cooperate with students in resolving the problems and obstacles in this area.”

Dr. Melika Hanifiha and Dr. Mohamadreza Chavoshi explained the different parts of this program such as official dinner with professors and business breakfast with World Health pioneers.

Dr. Amir Hossein Takiyan, the Secretary of 7th World Health Regional Summit Meeting, welcomed the attendees and talked the about TUMS membership in this summit.

He stated: “ When half of the world population easily benefit from different facilities, so many people are unable to facilitate their first needs.”

In the end, Prof. Genten talked about this summit as the main regulator for world health since 2009. He also expressed about being a part of the opening ceremony for students' division and mentioned that: “ This summit decided to let different countries host this event every year, and I’m pleased to meet so many young faces as the hosts of this division which is the first time being held.”
