Course registration for Academic Year 2024-2025 Sept. semester
All Undergraduate International Students

The course registration period will be starting from ،
Saturday, August 31, till Wednesday September 04, 2024 via the SIPAD system (online). Please check that your SIPAD be opened before that time to see the available courses with the details of dates and time of lectures.

The Academic Calendar of 1st Semester 2024-2025 is available on our website. The Sept. 2024 semester Academic timetable will be post on our website prior of the course’s registration time.

Based on the Educational regulation related to course registration for each Academic semester: (Chapter one, Article 3-1)

  1. The students who enrolled in TUMS-IC in each term have to obtain their respective credits from educational departments. If the student does not enroll himself/herself in one term without the approval of the educational office or without appropriate reason, he/she would be expelled from their respective program.

It is obvious that not paying attention to this matter will have serious consequences in your Studying status at ICTUMS and the responsibility is yours.

The classes will be started from Saturday September 14, 2024 for Basic Sciences students.

For Physiopathology and Clinic courses please approach to the respected schools.

Note1:

It is the student’s responsibility to track his/her own academic standing and financial issues. The students are reminded that university regulations state that fees are payable on demand, and they should therefore settle any outstanding balance on their account immediately. Please note that it is the student’s responsibility to pay the account on time.

Note 2:

All the lectures (theoretical and practical) will be held on campus for both Tehran and Kish campus.

Chapter Four - Presence and Absence

  1. Article 22) Presence of the student is obligatory in all the sessions related to the courses, internship and training periods. Not being present in every session will be considered as absence.
  2. Article 23) The absence hours of a student should not exceed 4/17 in theoretical, 2/17 in practical and laboratorial and 1/17 in internship and training sessions. Otherwise, the score for that course or section will be considered as zero.

Note 3:

Requesting for Leave of Absences (LOA) or dropping of the coming semester (Sept. 2024) with/without considering in educational period and paying the fee can be proceeding individually a week before the mentioned term’s registration.
