The call for applications for Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility-KA107 is now open.
 

 

Erasmus+ offers opportunities for students to study in higher education institutions (HEIs) beyond Europe.  It also makes the same opportunities available for students from countries beyond Europe to come to participating HEIs in Europe. This is known as International Credit Mobility (ICM) and this is an activity under Key Action 1 (KA107).

Under this Mobility, one TUMS Nursing B.Sc. student is able to study at University of Almeria, Spain for 5 months, for which 18 credits will be obtained. After the mobility phase, the student return to its sending institution to complete his/her studies and get recognition for the obtained as clinical training courses credits. All TUMS B.Sc. students (at least) in their second year of studies in the field of Nursing at school of Nursing and Midwifery, are welcome to apply for this position. Mobility student will receive a grant as a contribution to their costs for travel and subsistence during the period of study and an amount to support them in covering their travel costs.

Student mobility should start in the first semester of Academic Year 2019/2020 according to the University of Almería Academic Calendar (From 17th of September 2019 to 8th February 2020).

The deadline for nomination is June 15, 2019.

Student who will be selected:

  • must be enrolled at least in the second year of their studies

  • should not have done more than 7 months of Erasmus + or Erasmus Mundus mobility before

  • should hold a B1 certificate of Spanish or English proficiency

  • must choose courses in belonging to their area. The offer of courses in English is limited, student should consider it before he/she accept the scholarship.

  • must be willing to enroll at UAL for at least 8 ECTS (three courses)
