“Governance of Health Research at the National Level—From Capacity Building to Prioritization, Ethics, and Utilization”
The Center for Global Health Excellence at Tehran University of Medical Sciences is pleased to announce the upcoming scientific seminar entitled “Governance of Health Research at the National Level—From Capacity Building to Prioritization, Ethics, and Utilization.”
The seminar will feature a keynote speech by Dr. Arash Rashidian, Director of Science, Information and Dissemination, WHO Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO EMRO). The session will be facilitated by Dr. Amirhossein Takian, President and Founder of the Center for Global Health Excellence at Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
This event will focus on the role of health research governance in research priority setting, observance of ethical principles in health research, and the effective use of scientific evidence in health policy making. The seminar aims to provide a platform for dialogue among researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders in national and global health.
