The field of medical sciences in Iran has a long and significantly rich history, giving the world renowned scholars such as Rhazes and Avicenna. As one of the cradles of ancient civilization, Iran and Iranian scholars have made numerous valuable contribution to the collective human knowledge, a main part of which is the landscape of medical sciences. Quite appropriately, TUMS School of Persian Medicine strives to teach and explore this vast and priceless history through the academic study of this subject.
