The first administrative and personnel meeting in IC- School of Medicine

The first administrative and personnel meeting was convened with the participation of Dr. Ghorbankhani, Head of Administrative Affairs at the International Office; Ms. Ehsani, the administrative affairs assistant; as well as the managers and all staff members of the International Campus Medical School.

This constructive and informative session addressed various aspects of administrative and personnel regulations in detail. Comprehensive explanations were provided regarding the applicable policies, including administrative coverage, paid leave, sick leave, and both paid and unpaid leave entitlements.

Additionally, the criteria and procedures for employee promotion were thoroughly discussed. Attendees’ questions and concerns were addressed, ensuring clarity on relevant administrative matters.

It was agreed that such meetings will be held on an annual basis and, if necessary, on a quarterly schedule to ensure continued engagement and transparency.
