The first official joint meeting on educational, research, and student affairs with student representatives was held on Wednesday, May 7th.
This session brought together academic and research officers as well as student delegates to engage in constructive dialogue regarding existing challenges and concerns within the domains of education, research, and student life.

Key issues raised by the student representatives were thoroughly discussed, and it was agreed that the relevant requests and proposals would be formally referred to the School Administration and the Dean for further evaluation and potential implementation.

The meeting also included a detailed briefing on the current rules and regulations governing educational, research, and student affairs. Emphasis was placed on the importance of full compliance with these policies by all students.
In addition, comprehensive guidance was provided on the procedures for submitting requests through the university’s online service portal.

This initiative reflects the faculty’s ongoing commitment to transparency, student engagement, and continuous improvement in academic and administrative processes.
