Temporary leave

1- students must fill in the application as well as the relevant commitment form carefully and send it to us formally through the service desk (Mize Khedmat). Alternatively, you may come to the education office in person and fill out your application and commitment form manually.
2- It is not possible to leave the country during classes and wards, unless it is with an official letter from the relevant department or wards.
3- students must specify the date of their departure & arrival., and on the morning of their arrival, introduce themselves to the education Office.
4- coming to the education Office and introducing yourself along with your passport and student card is mandatory (even if you do not leave), otherwise your absence letter will be sent to the relevant departments and wards.
5- the letter of semester elimination and Expulsion will be sent after a month of non-educational departure; (students must explain their arrival with valid documents)
