For some rules and regulations, this faculty has given notifications more than 10 times in the groups and even on the faculty website. But still, some students take up the faculty's time with carelessness and disrupt our main duty.
It is mentioned for the last time:
For requests such as Leave and pre-Internship Exam: In addition to the application form, the commitment form is also required. Also, request for leave while attending the wards and classes, only with the official letter of the relevant department or to drop that wards or course is possible.
For requests such as taking a re-examination: the exact date of the exam is mandatory.
For requests such as Sick Leave: student application, Sick Leave and, a pharmacy prescription and, other documents are required.
Changing the hospitals during clerk and Internship is not possible.
Sending a letter to change the score is not possible.
Taking courses or participating in exams with debt is not possible.
Participating in the exam without attending the class or unjustified absences is not possible too.
It is also necessary to pay attention to the messages that are sent to you at the service desk (mize khedmat).
WhatsApp groups are for general information only. All rules, news, and announcements have been uploaded to the site. Please refrain from sending personal messages and requests on WhatsApp. Application is possible only through the service desk (mize khedmat) or your presence in the faculty.

 It is also mandatory for students to follow up on their requests.
It is necessary to send sick leave along with the application and other documents to us one or two days after the exam. Thank you all for your attention.
