The duration of the Graduation Process

Prior Notification for students who finish all theoretical courses and wards by February 10^th:

It should be noted that the process of changing Major takes at least one month. Because many commissions and meetings are needed to approve it.

After registering all scores in the system, defending the dissertation and completing the graduation forms for the student, and sending it to the faculty, your graduation process will start and it will take at least one month.

Therefore, the students who have not taken any action to change their Major until now, will not graduate until March 15.

Also, students who do not defend their dissertations by the end of this week will not be able to graduate until March 15.
