Technology transfer offices(TTO), is an office that connect technological achievements of the university and industry. This important process is often referred to as a lost link between university and industry.

The TTO in Tehran University of Medical Sciences has now designed and developed a process by which it intends to fulfill the needs of the market with technological achievements of the university. In this regard, TTO office has been working to maintain and protect intellectual property and technologies created or developed in the university.
