Estimate the value of your product and build a team" The 3rd workshop of 1st phase of TUMS UP

TUMS ^UP, is a novel approach to help researchers better develop their ideas into a real product. Faculty members, students and staff of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) and participants from other universities attended the 3^rd workshop of TUMS ^UP events. In this workshop, which was held on August 5^th, 2019 at the Comprehensive Research Laboratory Hall, Mr. Ali Daemi, a service designer and innovation facilitator, presented the way a product or service can surpass its competition and become the choice of its customers. Then, Mr. Ali Ganjizadeh presented his ideas on correct team making to run startups, ways to facilitate and accelerate team formation and how to improve the process.
