The “Intellectual property and patent" webinar was held on Sunday, September 6th, 2020.  Faculty members, students, staff members of Universities of Medical Sciences, and knowledge-based companies attended.

During the webinar Dr,Malek Saeedi director of the Tech-Export Service corridor talked about:

• Intellectual property and its division
• types of industrial property,
• Registration of Patents
• Conditions of a Paris International Convention
• patent certification
• Terms and states of patents in Iran
• industrial property rights claims
• explanation about case study in field of Trademarks and Intellectual property courts

Finally, the attendees shared ideas and discussed the matters above.
