The 8th workshop of TUMS UP

The 8^th workshop of TUMS ^UP was held on October 21, 2019 at the Comprehensive Research Laboratory Hall. Faculty members, students and members of staff of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) and participants from other universities attended this workshop.

The first part of the workshop was conducted by Ms. Shiva Saleh Nia, co-founder of Lin Design Agency. During her presentation, ways to achieve a product design requirements and introducing effective tools were explained. These were how to test the product concept and prototype to get the minimum viable product (MVP).

In the second part, “Product development and its techniques” was explained by Nikoo Javidpour, co-founder of Lin Design Agency. These were how to design and run a test for hypotheses related to after the prototype was released. Also the techniques that help startup teams to regularly evaluate their performance were introduced.
