The third meeting of the Board of Directors of the International Campus was held on May 17th at the School of Pharmacy, International Campus.

In this session, Dr. Kourosh Jafarian, Vice dean of International Affairs at the university, and Dr. Nafiseh Sadeghi, Dean of the International School of Pharmacy, were present along with the Vice Deans of Resource Development and Support, Education, Research, and Student Affairs of the International Campus. Also attending were the deans of the International Schools of Medicine and Dentistry, and the International Campus College; the Director of International Affairs Development; the representative of the Supreme Leader’s Office in international affairs at the university; executive and public relations advisors; the Head of Security at the Vice-Chancellor’s Office for International Affairs; as well as the Vice Dean for Education and the Heads of Research and Financial-Administrative Affairs of the School of Pharmacy, International Campus.
The session commenced following a warm and cordial visit by Dr. Kourosh Jafarian, Vice Chancellor for International Affairs, to various departments of the School of Pharmacy, International Campus, during which he met with faculty members and administrative staff.
Following this, Dr. Manoukian, Director of International Affairs Development, presented a report and strategic plan focused on the recruitment of international students in various academic levels within the field of pharmacy. The plan aims to achieve a significant increase in international student enrollment in the upcoming academic semester.
Subsequently, Dr. Taheri, Vice Dean for International Education, addressed the proposed academic calendar for the Fall semester of 2025 (Mehr 1404). The topic was discussed among the attendees, and views were exchanged regarding its structure and implementation.
Dr. Jafarian, Vice Chancellor for International Affairs, concluded the session by offering guidance and strategic recommendations on current issues concerning the International Campus and the School of Pharmacy, particularly in relation to the recruitment of international students.
The meeting concluded in a cordial and constructive atmosphere.
