The 14th Strategic Council Meeting Held at the School of Pharmacy – International Campus

The 14th Strategic Council meeting of the School of Pharmacy, International Campus of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, was convened on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. The session was attended by Dr. Nafiseh Sadeghi, Dean of the School; Dr. Saeed Mohammadi, Vice Dean for Educational Affairs; along with the faculty and administrative staff of the school.

During the meeting, the preliminary draft of the School’s Four-Year Strategic Policy Document was presented and reviewed. Dr. Sadeghi emphasized the critical role of this document in steering the school’s future plans and highlighted its primary goals. The proposed policy focuses on balanced development across educational, research, and structural domains.

A major focus of the meeting was the internationalization of the school. Dr. Sadeghi reiterated the importance of expanding the school’s global reach and enhancing its scientific standing through the effective recruitment of international students.

In the concluding segment of the session, a number of colleagues shared their insights and offered practical suggestions to support international student recruitment. They also expressed their willingness to actively collaborate in this strategic endeavor.
