the XIV International Avicenna Readings - scientific practical conference - “Abu Ali ibn Sino: Modern Medicine and Traditional Medicine - Innovations and Investment”

Avicenna Public Foundation in close cooperation with the Ministry of health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bukhara regional state administration and the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sino cordially invites You to participate in the XIV International Avicenna Readings - scientific practical conference - “Abu Ali ibn Sino: Modern Medicine and Traditional Medicine - Innovations and Investment” to be held on August 14-16th, 2026 in Bukhara city.
The above-mentioned conference will be attended by outstanding scientists and specialists of Uzbekistan, as well as participants and guests from foreign countries.
The main scientific directions of the event:
1. The role of the legacy of Abu Ali ibn Sina in the development of science and civilization.
2. The role of the legacy of Abu Ali ibn Sina in the development of modern medicine.
3. The role of Ibn Sina's teachings in the development of Traditional Medicine.
4. Ibn Sina's teachings in the development of modern pharmacy.
5. Modern Medicine – Traditional Medicine – Innovations - AI.
Scientific collections of conference materials are published.
Types of participation in the conference:
1. Publication of scientific abstracts and articles (one of the three languages is required: Uzbek, Russian or English).
2. Publishing theses and articles + presentation (one of the three languages required: Uzbek, Russian or English).
Theses and articles should be directly related to the teachings of Ibn Sina and, accordingly, have a scientific and practical basis.
One author can participate with only two theses and articles.
The scientific analysis of theses and articles is carried out by the editorial board which will notify the author by August 5th, 2026 that he/she has been included in the list of speakers at the international conference.
Starting from August 5th, 2026, You can view the abstracts included in the collection of scientific works and the program of the international conference on the foundation's website. www.ibn-sino.uz.
Requirements for theses and articles:
1. The volume of the thesis is 1 page. The size of the article is from 3-5 pages ibotad A4 Pharmacy; Times New Roman dessert, size 14; left edge - 3 cm; right - 1.5 cm, top and paski - 2cm each, row scroll - 1.0;
2. The title of the thesis or article is written in capital letters in the middle. The next line contains the names and initials of the authors. The next line indicates the country, region, city, and full name of the organization. Countries, Speakers' surnames must be confirmed. After completing the abstract, authors must provide additional information (place of work, position, academic degree) and address (telephone number, email, etc.).
3. Authors should fully explain all abbreviations and acronyms the first time they are used in the text.
4. Abstracts and articles are accepted in Uzbek, Russian and English.
