Iftar Feast for TUMS International Students
This Iftar Feast was held at TUMS National Museum of Medical Sciences History on June 29, 2016. TUMS Vice-chancellor for International Affairs and Global Strategies in a welcoming speech stated that TUMS international students are Iran’s ambassadors take steps towards peace making by providing health services to human beings in various parts of the world. He also added: ‘There is no doubt that self-purification and physical and spiritual transformations are among the blessings of Ramadan which has significant impact on all of us for the other coming months.’
In the following, general secretary of Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly introduced international Ahl al-Bayt University and stated that this university has published many books in different languages about Ahl al-Bayt and is in contact with the great Sunni Ulama in different countries and tries to increase interactions with Christians, Jews and followers of other religions in various countries. He also stated that: ‘This is an honor to see that you care about Islamic religious education and Ahl al-Bayt World Assembly is ready to prepare the grounds for more education and knowledge exchange in this case.’
Several international students talked about different topics of Ramadan and enjoyed the feast at the end.
