Final Examination Timetable 2nd Semester 2024-2025

Final Exam Schedule for All Medical, Dentistry, and Pharmacy Students

Further to our previous announcement, please be reminded that the final examinations will commence in late August 2025. All students must be present in person for their scheduled exams, and no exceptions will be accepted for absence under any circumstances. The revised exam timetable for students registered in the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year is now available on the Educational Affairs website under the Exam Timetable section.

Time and Venue of Examinations:

The written exams for the current semester (February 2025) will be held on campus at approved centers in Tehran and Kish:

• Tehran Campus: SHOHADA Hall, Main TUMS Campus

(Please note: Exams scheduled at Behesht or KhaniAbad Campus will remain unchanged. Any updates will be communicated via the website.)

• Kish Campus: ICTUMS Computer Center, Kish Campus

Important Note:

Pharmacy students who have taken courses at Behesht Campus should obtain updates from that office.

Students are responsible for being present on TUMS campus at the scheduled date and time of their exams.

Any changes to the exam date, time, or venue will be announced through the Educational Affairs website.

Please be informed of the following important points regarding the upcoming final examinations for the February 2025 semester:

1. No Retake Exams for Current Semester Subjects
   • For any subject you are taking during the February 2025 semester, there will be no retake examination.

Example: If you are enrolled in Physiology II for Dentistry this semester and you fail the exam, there will be no opportunity to retake it.

2. A Failed Subject from Previous Semesters
   • If you have failed A SUBJECT from a previous semester and that subject is not offered in the February 2025 exam schedule, we cannot arrange a separate or individual examination for you. However, if the failed subject is included in the February 2025 exam schedule (as part of the regular timetable), you are allowed to take the exam with the current semester’s students.

Example: If you previously failed Unitary System and it is listed in this semester’s timetable, you may take that exam now. If it is not listed, you must wait until it is officially scheduled in the Feb 2025 exam sheet.

Please review your timetable carefully and make sure you are prepared for your scheduled subjects. These rules apply to all international students without exception.
