Dear International Undergraduate Students,

We are pleased to inform you that the course registration period for the upcoming September semester of the 2025-2026 academic year will commence on Saturday, September 13, 2025, and will conclude on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Registration will be conducted exclusively online via the SIPAD system.

Important Instructions:

  • Please ensure that your SIPAD account is active and accessible before the registration period begins. You are advised to review the available courses, along with their schedules, dates, and times of lectures, in advance.
  • The Academic Calendar for the 1st Semester 2025-2026 is available on our official website. The detailed timetable for the September 2025 semester will be posted prior to the start of registration. We encourage you to regularly check the Academic Calendar and Timetables webpage for updates.

Regulations and Responsibilities: In accordance with the educational regulations (Chapter One, Article 3-1), all students enrolled at TUMS-IC are required to obtain their respective credits from the educational departments each term. Failure to register without prior approval from the educational office or without valid reasons may result in expulsion from the program.

Please be aware that neglecting this obligation can have serious consequences on your academic standing at ICTUMS. The responsibility for timely registration and compliance rests solely with you.

Academic Start Date: Classes for Basic Sciences students will commence on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

For Physiopathology and Clinical courses, students are advised to contact their respective schools for further details.

Additional Notes:

  • It is the student’s responsibility to monitor their academic progress and financial obligations. University regulations stipulate that fees are payable upon demand, and any outstanding balances must be settled promptly. Failure to do so may affect your registration and academic standing.
  • For inquiries related to financial matters, please contact the Finance Office via:
    • Email: fin-office@tums.ac.ir
    • Phone: (+98 21) 8893 3847 (Direct Line), or (+98 21) 8891 2091, Ext. 104 or 107

Attendance Policy:

  • All theoretical and practical sessions will be held on campus at both Tehran and Kish campuses.
  • Student presence is mandatory in all course-related sessions, internships, and training periods. Absences will be considered in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of Chapter Four:
    • Absence hours must not exceed 4/17 in theoretical sessions, 2/17 in practical/laboratorial sessions, and 1/17 in internship/training sessions. Exceeding these limits will result in a zero score for the respective course or section.

Leave of Absence and Semester Drop Requests: Requests for Leave of Absence (LOA) or dropping the upcoming semester (September 2025), with or without impact on your academic period and fee payment, can be submitted individually at least one week prior to registration. We wish you a successful semester and encourage you to complete your registration within the specified timeframe.
