Third Announcement from the office of Education, International Campus, Tehran University of Medical Sciences
Following our previous announcements and in consideration of the recent exceptional circumstances, including intermittent internet connectivity issues, a number of International students have faced difficulties accessing the university’s academic portals and completing their course registration.
In order to facilitate the academic process and ensure equal opportunity for all international students, the Vice‑Chancellor for International Affairs has conditionally decided to reopen the SIPAD Course Registration System for a limited period for students who have not yet completed their registration due to outstanding tuition debts.
●Registration Schedule
♢The SIPAD system will be accessible from Monday, April 20th, through Monday, April 27th.
●Important Notice Regarding Tuition Fees
♢To ensure academic continuity, students who have an outstanding tuition balance of up to one academic year will also be permitted to complete their course registration during this period.
●Access to Classes via NAVID System
Please be informed that starting from Saturday, April 25th, all classes will be available offline through the NAVID Learning Management System at the following address:
