Dear TUMS int’l students,
who had not been able to attend exams due non-issuance of visa
It is to inform you that:
A) You can take the exam of your desired course which will be announced during upcoming summer of 1401, or the following semester (October 1401).
In this case, your course score will be recorded as “incomplete”. At the same time, efforts will be made so that the above exam schedule will not interfere with your other exams. If so, you are required to officially announce us through filling the relevant form (Form A) The time to complete and submit the form is over
B) If you are ready to participate in the current semester’s exam, you are required to officially announce us through filling the relevant form (Form B). Efforts are being made to provide you with the conditions to participate in the electronic test. Obviously,
the student is responsible for his/her own decision and it is not possible to take re-test. (Form B) The time to complete and submit the form is over
NOTE:
- You can fill ONE form ONLY.
- If you have selected any of the above items (A or B), you must complete the relevant form and send it to us through this email address:

The possibility of taking the exam, in terms of the student's absence because the visa is not issued, is subject to the approval of the TUMS Consular Office. This approval is obtained by the Education Department directly.
3. Eligible students are required to complete the relevant forms and email them till June 1st ONLY.
Important Notice
Students whose visas are issued until the first week of June 2022, must take the June 18, 2022 onward exams in person.
Students, who have received their visas by the above-mentioned date, are required to take the in-person exams and cannot take the electronic ones.
If not participating in in-person exam, this absence will be recorded as "unjustified" and the score of that exam will not be recorded as "unfinished".
