Announcement 2:  Basic Sciences (Olum-e-Paye) Examination

Basic Sciences (Olum-e-Paye) will be held

 For All Medical students - Pharmacy students - Dentistry students

@ TUMS Children's Medical Exam Center, Tehran

As the Basic Sciences examination will be held as a national and central exam, therefore the attendance of all eligible student is MANDATORY. Eligible student should be arranged their presence at verified TUMS examination centered in advanced.

If student does not attend to the Sept. 2022 examination, he/she is required to plan and participate in the next coming exam on March 2023. It should be noted that students who have not successfully passed or not participating the basic science exam are not eligible to participate in the next stage of education (physiopathology/clinical).

Any update regards to the above-mentioned examination will be announced from ICTUMS educational website

The Basic Sciences September 2022 Mock Examination for eligible Medical & Derisory students

The Edu office of TUMS has been scheduled a mock test for the TUMS international students on Wednesday August 17, 2022 by 9:00am at HujatDust Building in order to familiarize the students about processes of the examination and get a better perspective of what kind of questions will appear in the exam.

As the mock test can be incredibly beneficial for students and helping them to see that is part of the challenge attendance is strongly recommended. As participation is voluntary If any students have personal issue they can skip the Mock Examination.

Students Must-Have Exam Stationery for the Mock Test and the actual September 2022 BS exam;

1) Ballpoint Pen.

2) Soft black Pencil.

3) Eraser 

4) Small Sharpener

The Condition of Participation for Sept. 2022 Basic Sciences Examination has been mentioned on the 1^st announcement.

Note 1.

Please notice that the September Basic Sciences Examination would be held by the Ministry of health and we only register the names of TUMS students who applied on time from the Pre-registered.

Note 2.

All International students who are eligible to participate in the exam required to get the Examination Entry Card on Wednesday August 24, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. at educational office of ICTUMS on Flat B, Exam office, 3rd floor, No.25. Hujat Dust St., South Palestine Street for Tehran Campus.

Note 3.

Registered students MUST bring the printed registration form at the time of finalizing the online pre-registration in order to get their Examination Entry Card.

Note 4.

On the date of the exam, students should bring their Examination Entry Card with Passport (or the receipt from TUMS Consulate Office) and the student’s ID card with themselves.

Venue of Exam:

Comprehensive TUMS Exam Center located at the Children's Medical Center Hospital

Children's Medical Center, Qarib St, Keshavarz Blvd, Tehran, Iran

Consulate issue regards to the KISH campus students;

Students who pass the Sept 2022 Basic Sciences Examination are supposed to leave Kish Island and continue their education in Tehran.

Along with getting the clearance form regards to the dormitory from the Kish office, it is compulsory and necessary for them to get their internal exit visa from Kish and then apply for a new residence permit from the ICTUMS university's consular office at Tehran within 10 days after receiving this visa (please notice that the internal exit visa will expire after 10 days).

Further details will be announced from the consulate offices of Kish and Tehran.

Obviously, all possible problems and consequences refer to students themselves in case of not care about receiving an internal exit visa after finalizing their condition form the Educational Affaires of ICTUMS.
