Course registration for Academic Year 2022-2023 Feb. semester

The course registration period will be starting from ،Saturday January 28 till Tuesday 31, 2023 via the SIPAD system (online). Please check that your SIPAD be opened before that time to see the available courses with the details of dates and time of lectures.

The Academic Calendar of 2nd Semester 2022-2023 is available on our website. The Feb. 2023 semester Academic timetable will be post on our website prior of the courses registration time. Please check the Academic Calendar and Timetables webpage.

Based on the Educational regulation related to course registration for each Academic semester: (Chapter one, Article 3-1)

5. The students who enrolled in TUMS-IC in each term have to obtain their respective credits from educational departments. If the student does not enroll himself/herself in one term without the approval of the educational office or without appropriate reason, he/she would be expelled from their respective program.

It is obvious that not paying attention to this matter will have serious consequences in your Studying status at ICTUMS and the responsibility is all yours.

The classes will be started from Sunday February 12, 2023 for Basic Sciences students.

The Nowruz Holiday is from 18 March till 02 April 2023.

It is the student’s responsibility to track his/her own academic standing and financial issues. The students are reminded that university regulations state that fees are payable on demand, and they should therefore settle any outstanding balance on their account immediately. Please note that it is the student’s responsibility to pay the account on time.

Payment methods procedure

All the lectures (theoretical and practical) will be held on campus for both Tehran and Kish campus

Requesting for Leave of Absences (LOA) or dropping of the coming semester (Feb. 2023) with/without considering in educational period and paying the fee can be proceeding individually a week before the mentioned term’s registration.
