Prof. Tanil Gokagöz, Vice-Dean of School of Medicine of Acibadem University, Turkey Meets TUMS Vice-Chancellor for Global Strategies and International Affairs
In a friendly meeting on July 17, 2012, Prof. Tanil Gokagöz, Vice-Dean of School of Medicine and the Head of the Medical Microbiology Department at Acibadem University of Turkey met Dr. Ali Arabkheradmand, Vice-Chancellor of Global Strategies and International affairs (GSIA), to build bilateral collaboration on medical microbiology.
The talks were centered on establishing joint degree programs on microbiology, exchanging postgraduate students, exchanging faculty members, exchanging scientific, educational and scholarly materials, providing the reagents and materials for research studies.
Inviting the TUMS Chancellor to participate in the inauguration of the new campus in Acibadem University next year, Prof. Gokagöz rendered his acknowledgement to Dr. Kheradmand and hoped to expand future scientific and research collaboration with Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) in field of medical microbiology.
