Important: Necessary Registration Process for International Students

Dear TUMS International Students,

Please pay careful attention to the following announcement:

The process for acquiring an Exit Permission or Residency Extension has been recently modified, and new guidelines are available to facilitate this process. This information is available at:

For students studying at Tehran Campus who have joined TUMS before February 2018, an additional step is required which each student is required to complete.

There is a website on which every TUMS international student must register. The required information should be uploaded on the following registration portal:

Note 1: Please remember that only the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Note 2: In the education information step, first, you need to submit the information of your secondary education back in your country. Afterward, you are required to submit the information regarding your current level of higher education at Tehran University of Medical Sciences (دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران).

Please bear in mind that all your consular affairs will resume only if you have registered your information in the above web address.

Upon submission of information, you will receive a Reference Code from the website. You will need to submit this Code to the TUMS Office of Visa and Consular Affairs, along with other required documents.

Please keep in mind that your cooperation regarding the accomplishment of the above procedure will indeed facilitate all your visa and consular affairs.
