• Conducting hearing tests on adults
• Conducting hearing tests on children
• Creating and understanding audiograms (test results)
• Managing the effects of background noise on test accuracy
• Conducting otoscopy (ear inspections) safely and effectively
• Assessing and presenting test results
• Ear anatomy & physiology
• Common ear conditions
• Audiogram comparison
• Middle ear assessment
• Assistive hearing device candidacy

• Background study on Audiology, Otology, Otolaryngology
• English proficiency: Medium
