New students who enroll at TUMS are first taken to a health center for a health check-up. This check-up including students taking some laboratory tests and some vaccines like the hepatitis B vaccine. The student after receiving the health report from the health center will be visited by the physician who will provide the student with a health certificate to be given to the office of cultural affairs.
