The Entrepreneurship in Biomedical Sciences

Course Description:

This course designed to address current management gaps in biomedical industries and consist of two parts: business skills and biomedical skills. Business course emphasize on project management, team work and financial & insurance topics. While biomedical course focuses on biotechnology skills, drug or biomarker design and Biopython. The course enhances managers’ abilities in various aspects of management and biotechnology industries within the biomedical field. This program provides a general introduction to entrepreneurship in the biomedical industry. It covers basic skills related to the ‘Nucleation’ stage of venture creation, including opportunity discovery and innovative approaches in the Foundations of Biomedical Sciences

 

Who is eligible to apply?

  • The attenders should have BSc (It can be in any field)
  • Eligible applicant will be selected among the volunteers to participate in the course based on their CVs.

1. To promote the link between industries and university.

2. To address the shortage of qualified leaders in the biomedical industry.

3. Facilitate the job search for graduates in biomedical sciences.
