Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) has been ranked No. 1 in Iran and No. 1 in West Asia in the field of Medicine in the SCImago Institutions Rankings (SIR) 2026, further consolidating its position among the world's leading academic medical institutions. TUMS was also ranked 131st globally in Medicine.
