Course registration for Academic Year 2019-2020 Sept. semester
All Undergraduate International Students

The course registration period will be starting from Tuesday, August 31, 2020 till Thursday September 03, 2020 via the SIPAD system (online). Please check that your SIPAD got opened before that time to see the available courses with the details of dates and time of lectures.

  1. The Sept. semester Academic Calendar will be post on our website prior of the courses registration time.
  2. The pre-registered students (Feb 2020 entry) will received an information via their email a week before the Sept 2020 course registration time.

Based on the Educational regulation related to course registration for each Academic semester: (Chapter one, Article 3-1)

The students who enrolled in TUMS-IC in each term have to obtain their respective credits from educational departments. If the student does not enroll himself/herself in one term without the approval of the educational office or without appropriate reason, he/she would be expelled from their respective program.

It is obvious that not paying attention to this matter will have serious consequences in your Studying status at ICTUMS and the responsibility is all yours.

The classes will be started from Saturday September 19, 2020.

Note1:

It is the student’s responsibility to track his/her own academic standing and financial issues.

Note 2:

Due to the current global health crises, all the theoretical classes of the units obtained by the students for basic sciences phase on the First semester of the academic year of 2020-2021 (Sept. 2020), will be implemented virtually and 100% via NAVID system.

Note 3:

Running all the practical classes of the units obtained by the students for basic sciences phase on the First semester of the academic year of 2020-2021 (Sept. 2020), will be subjected to the Health Policy of the country and the possibility to run in person practical lectures in second half of the Sept. 2020 semester.

If the Global Health condition remain unchanged, these courses also will be present via online (NAVID) system or differ to early future.

The Educational Office of ICTUMS will inform the students about any updates.

Note 4:

Requesting for Leave of Absences (LOA) or dropping of the coming semester (Sept 2020) without considering in educational period and paying the fee can be proceeding individually a week before the mentioned term’s registration.
